SPINA Cort

SPINA (Structure Parameter Inference Approach) is a method for calculating constant structure parameters of endocrine feedback control systems from hormone levels obtained in vivo.

Pilot applications have been developed for the evaluation of thyrotropic axis and fuel metabolism. SPINA Cort, an approach for assessment of corticotropic axis (pituitary-adrenal feedback control) is currently being developed.
